Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year RN clinical experience.

• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association.
• RN license and eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in a holistic, patient/family centered manner.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Determine processes for delivery of care from direct patient/family communication and technology.
