Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and patient experiences.
• Directly supervises staff and coordinates scheduling and workflows.
• Maintains equipment and coordinates training and meetings.
• Acts as EPIC Super User and supports front-end templates.
• Tracks performance metrics and supports improvement initiatives.
• Participates in HR activities and onboarding for staff.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, EH&S compliance and safe work environment.
• May rotate to other practice sites.
• Leads staff huddles and inventory management.
