New York Cancer & Blood Specialists in New York, NY, seeks a Hematologist or Medical Oncologist specializing in malignant hematology and cellular therapy to join our growing team. The role focuses on lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, and related diseases, while delivering CAR-T and bispecific therapies.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible hematologist/medical oncologist with malignant hematology experience.
• Experience with CAR-T and bispecific therapies (BiTE).
• Experience treating lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma.
• Knowledge of patient selection, dosing, monitoring, and toxicities (CRS, ICANS).
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Interest in clinical research and trials.
• Stem cell transplant or cellular therapy training a plus.
• Familiarity with FACT standards, REMS, and CIBMTR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients receiving CAR-T and BiTE therapies.
• Participate in treatment planning, outpatient administration, step-up dosing, and follow-up.
• Recognize and manage toxicities including CRS and ICANS.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and coordinators.
• Participate in tumor boards and coordination with referring centers.
• Contribute to clinical research and trials in cellular therapies.
• Support quality initiatives and expansion of advanced treatments.
