Plan A Health in Salinas, CA is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative cancer care team in a scenic coastal community.

Provide outpatient clinic care, inpatient rounding, and infusion center coverage with mentorship from a four-physician/four-APP team, averaging 10 patients per day on a four-day, 10-hour schedule in a setting that blends specialty care with a high quality of life near Big Sur and Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology APP experience.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $190,000–$205,000 plus productivity incentives.
