• Need coverage starting as soon as credentialed
• Ongoing need
• Schedule: Clinic M-F 8a-5p, Call 2 weeks/month- 1 week at a time and shared with others. Exact TBD
• Practice Setting: Clinic and call
• Patient Volume: average 10-15 per shift
• Procedures: bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemo
• Support Staff: 3 NP's, APP supervision required
• EMR: Cerner
• Requirements: WI license (will wait for license), BC/BE, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, Fellowship required
• Credentialing: 60 days, temp privs available
