Position Details

• Full-Time, Permanent
• Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified physician to join the hospital

About the Facility

• Comprehensive cancer center accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer
• Outstanding quality of life with a 4-day or 4.5-day work week and limited home call
• 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care
• Approximately 90% Oncology and 10% Hematology, focusing on solid tumors (breast, lung, colon, prostate)
• Rapid ramp-up with an established practice seeing 30+ new patients per month
• State-of-the-art equipment including 1.5 Tesla MRI, Siemens Sequoia and Juniper ultrasound, and 128-slice CT scanner
• Support from well-trained & experienced APPs, nurse navigators, and staff
• Convenient oncology clinic location near radiation oncology, infusion center, radiology, and inpatient services
• Hospitalist team manages inpatient admits; oncologist consults; low inpatient census
