Position Details

1. Employed by Deaconess Clinic, a multispecialty group of 400+ providers.
2. Full-time, 40 hours/week position, with a guaranteed salary of $615,000 for the first 12 months. Productivity bonus available if RVU benchmarks are met.
3. Competitive productivity-based compensation after the first year, with additional quality bonus opportunities upon reaching the guarantee.
4. Benefits include: Medical & Dental insurance, Retirement contributions to 401k and 457b (with post-tax contributions and Roth option), five weeks of vacation, one week of CME plus Professional Allowance, six holidays, Malpractice Insurance, Moving Allowance, and more.
5. Fully implemented EMR (Epic) for both Inpatient and Outpatient care.
6. Candidates should be BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology.
7. Call Coverage: 1:5.
8. Location: Deaconess Clinic Oncology at Chancellor Center Gateway.
