About Us:

We are currently seeking a dedicated, mission-minded Hematology/Oncology physician to join our team at the Cancer Institute in Sonora, California. Our state-of-the-art cancer center is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a compassionate team of professionals. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work alongside another provider and collaborate closely with our radiation oncology team.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
• Working in tandem with our radiation oncology team to develop treatment plans
• Ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients

Qualifications:

• Completion of postgraduate/ACGME accredited training residency or fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to providing compassionate care to patients
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Year one guarantee: $500,000
• Post-guarantee wRVU: $93
• Annual value comp bonus: up to $25,000 (available year one)
• APP oversight compensation: $7,500/year (if applicable)
• Starting bonus: $45,000
• Student loan assistance: up to $100,000 paid over 5 years starting post-guarantee must provide proof of student loan debt
• Monday to Friday schedule with evenly shared call responsibilities, including phone call only with no expectation of needing to come in
