Salary: $550K + production incentive offered year two

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

Hematology / Oncology (HEM / ONC)

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

No call / no weekends

Patients per day: 15-20 (including 1-3 new patients per week)

Patient mix: 40% Hematology / 60% Oncology

1 bed infusion center: Adults for all issues, not just Oncology

Infusion medications for supportive care in pregnancy, MS, Crohn's, Anemia, Osteoporosis, IVIG, RA +

Well-trained staff with team approach to care.

Support staff includes RNs, LPNs

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

5+ years in practice preferred

Located less than 40 minutes from Toledo, OH, and 1.5 hours from Detroit, MI
