Clinical Role:

1. Coverage Period: July 21 - December 31, 2025
2. Shift: 8am-5pm
3. Practice Setting: Mostly inpatient, with some outpatient coverage for physician vacation
4. Reason for Coverage: The physician left the practice due to relocation
5. Patient Population: Adult
6. Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
7. Average Patients Per Day (Hospital): 12-15
8. Clinical Areas: Oncology - Outpatient, Oncology - Inpatient, Hematology
9. Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
10. Requirements:

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active VA License
• BLS Certification
• Clean background (highly preferred)
• Must be local
