Hematology / Oncology Physician at Austin Major Group summary :

As a Hematology / Oncology Physician in Massachusetts, you will provide specialized care for patients in an outpatient setting, seeing approximately 15 patients daily. The role requires collaboration with a dedicated support team and offers a flexible schedule without call duties. Board certification and an active Massachusetts medical license are required for this position.

Location : Massachusetts

Position Overview :

• Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (flexible with a required Wednesday shift).
• Patient Volume : Approximately 15 scheduled patients per day.
• Patient Demographics : Adults (18+), 65% Hematology and 35% Oncology cases.
• Support Team : Work alongside 1 MD, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
• EMR : Epic.
• No Call, Weekends, or Holidays : Fully outpatient with rare inpatient consults.
• Travel and lodging are provided.

Requirements :

• Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology.
• Active Massachusetts medical license.
• BLS certification.
• Must be available for the full assignment or at least three days a week (preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
