Job Description:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Established & reputable team including 2 Physicians, 2 APPs, 6 Clinical RNs, and 3 CMAs
- Large and growing patient base; the new physician will have an immediate patient load
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with flexible scheduling options
- Commonly treated cancers: breast, lung, colon, prostate, head and neck
- Clinic located in the same building as the Cancer Center in Moline, offering an efficient and friendly setting
- Call responsibilities include coverage at 3 hospital locations: Moline, IL; Rock Island, IL; and Bettendorf, IA. Moline hospital is outpatient; inpatients are seen at Rock Island, about a 12-minute drive. Occasional outreach to Bettendorf. Weekend call is primarily by phone; after-hours call is rare and also by phone. Typically, call is light and manageable.
- Approximately 5-6 inpatients for rounding at a time
- Collaborative environment with primary clinic providers, surgeons, pulmonologists, palliative/hospice care, radiology, and pathology. Onsite general surgeons are available.

- Staff includes 2 APPs; team is dedicated and experienced, supporting efficient practice management
- Expansion project scheduled for completion in 2025, increasing exam rooms, infusion chairs, and practice efficiency; outdoor area with pond planned
- Large Hospitalist team supports Hematologists/Oncologists
- Supported by 3 Board-Certified radiation oncologists
- Radiation services include IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT; linear accelerator program is well-established
- Onsite Infusion Center, Pharmacy, and lab
- EMR system: EPIC (Inpatient & Ambulatory)
- Services include prostate seed implants, genetic testing, breast and lung programs
- Community outreach programs focusing on prevention and detection

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Completed fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to improving community health
- Unrestricted medical license in applicable states
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
