Job description

Shift: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Description:

• Start Date: May 1st 2025
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
• EMR system: Epic
• 24 hr on-call coverage for weekends 1-2 weekends per month
• would like a provider who can give 4 weeks a month starting in May through August, then in September through September of 2026, 2 weeks only
• Duties: Primarily med onc and hem patients
• Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow
• Call Type: beeper with some consultation.
• average patient census per clinic shift: 15-23
• night call patient census: 1-2
• call look like in the week and weekend: Phone calls and sometimes need to round
• require BMT or BMB to be performed by the locum: Yes prefer, but can work around
• % of Hemonc versus to Medical Onc 40/60

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active MO license
• ACLS, ATLS and BLS
• Pay- $500, Malpractice, travel and lodging will be covered separately
