Job description

Two Oncology Opportunities in Maryland - Full-time or Part-time (Holiday/Weekend) - Near Baltimore & D.C.

1) Chesapeake Bay, MD Oncology Need - Outside D.C. & Baltimore (Full-time)

• Duration: August or September, with potential extension or permanent placement
• Location: Chesapeake Bay, MD (45 minutes from D.C., 30 minutes from Baltimore, 2 hours from Philadelphia)
• Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Call: Negotiable
• Scope: Outpatient hematology oncology, with options for inpatient consults and rounds if preferred
• Patient Volume: 12-18 patients per day once ramped up
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital: 385-bed facility
• Requirements: Board-certified or eligible, Maryland license or willing to apply

2) Southern Maryland (Near Washington D.C.) - Part-time Holiday & Weekend Coverage

• Location: Near Washington D.C., about 1 hour away
• Coverage: Weekends and holidays
• Duration: Starting October, ongoing for 6-12 months, with extension possibility based on availability
• Scheduling: Flexible, 7-10 days per month, weekends or holidays
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital: 109-bed Short Term Acute Care Hospital
• Requirements: Board-certified or eligible, Maryland or Compact license
