Hematology/Oncology Job Opening in Mattoon, IL

• Located 3 hours from Chicago; 2 hours from St. Louis; 1.5 hours from Springfield, IL
• Service area of 50,000 people

About the Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position with a base salary of $600,000 (reviewed annually, but no guaranteed increases). Compensation includes no RVUs and no Quality Bonus, 33 days of PTO, $6,000 + 5 days CME, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus paid over 3 years ($10,000 at the end of each year). Other benefits include paid malpractice, CME, relocation assistance, a strong pension plan, and health, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage.
