Director of Research - Hematology/Oncology

Location: Burlington & Peabody, MA | Full-Time & Permanent

We are seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join our group as the Director of Research.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Clinical Research: Oversee research operations at facilities in Beverly, Addison Gilbert, Anna Jaques, and Winchester.
2. Expand Clinical Trials: Develop and implement Phase 1 clinical trials.
3. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with medical centers and cancer centers.
4. National Leadership: Engage with SWOG and NRG to build on our strong foundation.
5. Educate & Mentor: Train medical students (UMass Chan School of Medicine) and fellows in our new hematology-oncology fellowship program.
6. Patient Care: Provide exceptional clinical care to hematology patients at two hospitals.
