This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Details & Requirements for this Opportunity:

1. Schedule: Rounding Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM, hospital call one week per month.
2. Job Setting: Inpatient (12-15 patients per day), Office (up to 20 patients per day).
3. Types of Cases: General cases.
4. Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days.
5. Qualifications: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
6. Licensing: Must have Indiana license and DEA registration.
