5. Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours Only
6. Patient Load: 25 to 30 patients per day
7. Rounding: Yes, averaging 5 to 10 patients per month
8. On-Call Calls: 3 to 5 per month
9. Rounding Duration: 0-2 hours
10. Callbacks in 24 hrs: 0-2 times
11. EMR System: Meditech (Clinic and Hospital)
12. Support Staff: Yes, 4 nurses and 2 medical assistants; mid-level available per provider preference
13. Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy, infusion clinic oversight, oncology & infusions (approx 30%), injections, monthly treatments, hematology, general infusion services
14. Airport: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP)
15. Hotel: No preferred hotel or contracted rate
16. Additional Information: Established outpatient practice, participation in Cancer Committee and Tumor Board required
