Position Overview

Supporting multiple community sites and center leads at a large cancer center within the system's main hospital.

Clinical Responsibilities: Up to 70% clinical work, including seeing patients 28 hours/week, inpatient consults, and minimal call.

Flexibility: Very flexible regarding clinical interests of the incoming director.

Staff Positions: Available for those interested in malignant hematology, solid tumors (can be 100% Oncology), or GU.

Academic Details: Not an academic position with dedicated research time, but mentorship is provided for Hem/Onc Fellowship programs.

Compensation: Position offers a guaranteed salary model with an additional leadership stipend and a $200K+ Recruitment Loan upon start date.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3+ years of leadership experience within a sizable program.
• Can support H1B visa.
• Unable to support J1 or O1 visas.

Living in Pennsylvania

• Low cost of living, excellent school districts, and easy access to larger cities.
