Job Opportunity: Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a locum Hematology/Oncology provider to start as soon as credentialed. Details are listed below.

1. Schedule: 3 clinic days (Monday-Friday) 8:00-4:30, some weekends and night call (infrequent)
2. Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
3. Reason for coverage: Leave of Absence (LOA)
4. Call schedule: Weekends: 2-3 per year; Nights: 1:10
5. Patient population: Adults/Geriatric
6. Practice mix: 80% Hematology, 20% Oncology, no internal medicine
7. Practice size: 10 physicians, 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
8. Patient volume: 10 PPD for hospital, 15 PPD for outpatient
9. Facility level: Level I Trauma Center
10. EMR: Epic

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer acceptance.
