Job description

Specialty: Medical Oncology

Start Date: asap

Contract Length: up to 6 months.

Shift Details: Monday through Thursday 7:45am-4:30pm. Typically 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours admin time on Fridays but flexible

Schedule (days and hours): see above.

Work Details:

• Support Staff: clinic nurse, nurse navigator, medical assistant, office coordinator, clinical oncology pharmacist.
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: fulltime and 2 weeks per month.
• Patients per day: 15
• Patient Population/Age: adults older than 18
• Department Description:
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: about 200
• Special Procedures: none
• Skills Required: medical oncology experienced.

Practice Setting: (select one)

• Clinic/Private Practice with one week on call per month to include inpatient coverage.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified
• License Required: AZ License required. IMLC Only
• DEA: required.
• Minimum Experience Required: 3 years.
