Seeking a full-time provider to help establish a new clinic. The provider will initially see all new patients, with more follow-up visits as time progresses. The role requires comfort with working in a new clinic and aiding in establishing care within the community.

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Weekend call coverage: 1 in 6 weekends, 24-hour beeper call
• Patient encounters per shift: 10-14
