• Clinical Role:

• ASAP start and at least a 6-month commitment, must be able to do at least 4 days per week
• Monday Through Friday- 3 to 5 days per week with clinic call
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Admissions Required
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• No Surgeries/No Procedures
• Scheduled Clinic Hours/Call: M-F clinic seeing patients, after hours call
• 15-18 Patients Per Day
• Rounding
• Average Patients Rounding: 5
• Phone Consults: 10
• Assigned/Unassigned Patients
• Call Type: Beeper
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Board Certified Hem/Onc Required
• Active MA License Required
• EMR: Clinic - ONCO / Hospital: Cerner
