New Job Details

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: Start March - August for 3-6 months (with the potential option to extend or convert to permanent)

Schedule: Full-time (open to 4-5 day work week)

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p

Call: None

Patient volume: 14-16 patients/day; 30 minutes for follow-up, 60 minutes for new and procedures

Scope: 25% Hematology/75% Oncology

Clinic: 100% clinic-based

EMR: Epic

Clinic affiliation: Academic affiliated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Recognized by the National Cancer Institute as one of the top cancer centers in the country. Leading-edge cancer care in Northern California.

Group/support: 2 other full-time Hematology/Oncology MDs and support staff

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified in Oncology, California license (if board eligible, recently trained candidates are acceptable, ideally with IM, Hematology, Oncology background), experience and comfort with hematology, CLEAN NPDB
