Full-time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - 100% Telehealth

Position Overview:
100% Telehealth Urgent Care position offering over $200,000 annually, practicing half the month.

Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Central and Southern California (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $85/hour plus OT, with a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $20,000 Annual Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care medicine during 12-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.
• Work 12 shifts per month, including 2 on-call shifts, from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Treat 4 to 5 patients per hour across all age groups in a low-acuity setting.
• Perform procedures such as I&Ds, toenail removals, and laceration repairs.
• Utilize in-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray services, with results overread by a radiologist within 20 minutes.
• Document patient encounters efficiently using VelociDoc EMR with Dragon dictation.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies.
• Active and in-good-standing CA Medical License.
• DEA Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year Urgent Care provider experience.
