Hospital is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Locum Physician! - Clinic and Clinic Call

Job Details:

• Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital duties
• Support staff: 2 APPs in office, 1 full-time physician, 0.5 locum in clinic; third week involves telemedicine, lab on-site, and infusion suite
• Current EHR: Cerner

Submission Requirements:

• All must be noted at the time of name clear
• Board Certified (No BE) - Required
• Michigan License & CSR at submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions. Not accepting IMLC.
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be local - Highly preferred
• Must have a clean background for quick credentialing - Required, no exceptions
• Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates - Required
• DEA - Verbal confirmation Required at name clear
