• Clinical Role:
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician.
• On call 10 days per month.
• Outpatient practice setting.
• Patient demographics: 50% adult, 50% geriatric.
• Practice focus: 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology.
• Team includes 2 physicians.
• Patient volume: 15-20 outpatient/day, 3-5 hospital/day.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Facility: Trauma Level I.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on timely information return.
• Facility reimburses for flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rates.
• Organization Information:
• Compensation follows MGMA guidelines, based on experience; details to be discussed at interview.
• Contract: 3 years, with guaranteed salary for years 1-2 plus bonuses; year 3 based on productivity.
• Negotiable sign-on bonus.
• Relocation allowance.
