Qualifications

• Master's degree in PA Studies preferred and PA program graduate.
• Licensed as PA in Ohio with NCCPA certification.
• Supervision agreement filed; prescribe (or eligible) per Ohio Board of Medicine.
• Current BLS training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Order, interpret and evaluate laboratory tests and other diagnostics to guide care.
• Write prescriptions within scope of practice and communicate with primary care physicians.
• Advise and educate patients and families, ensuring quality and safety in care.
• Assist with procedures, triage emergencies, and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and ancillary teams to optimize outcomes.
