Ascension Hematology & Medical Oncology in Indianapolis seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner to join an established team. You will provide inpatient rounds and outpatient clinic/infusion coverage, coordinating multidisciplinary care and developing cancer treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Nurse Practitioner prescriptive authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing within 6 months of hire.
• RN license from the Indiana Board of Nursing required before start.

Responsabilités

• Rounding on hospitalized oncology patients and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Developing comprehensive cancer treatment plans and managing active treatment progress.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advisor to clinic nurses on treatment protocols.
• Enhance patient outcomes by evaluating outpatients and managing symptoms.
