Job summary

This organization seeks a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills to provide advanced nursing care across settings, collaborating with physicians to plan and deliver treatments. You will conduct assessments, develop plans, and support patient education.

Required are RN licensure in Ohio and national NP certification; prescriptive authority or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS; MSN or DNP preferred for prescribing authority. This is a full‑time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• National Certification as nurse practitioner.
• Must have certificate to prescribe (or eligible).
• ACLS or PALS may be required.
• Current Health Care Provider BLS training.
• Pursuit of MSN or DNP for prescriptive authority if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced nursing care to patients with complex conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and medical staff.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
• Performs health assessments and documentation.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and credentials as required.
