Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to support AML programs and engage with hematology/oncology investigators and clinicians in the field. The role emphasizes scientific exchange, data communication, and gathering insights on MRD, relapse risk, and evolving care standards.

The candidate will work independently within cross-functional teams, travel up to 70%, and navigate regulatory, compliance, and site-access requirements while advancing Medical Affairs objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; top candidates have pharma/biotech MSL background.
• Minimum 4 years of MSL or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• At least 3 years of hematology/oncology expertise with proven stakeholder engagement.
• Strong capability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and leaders.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML and related topics.
• Support education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Communicate insights to medical affairs and cross-functional teams.
