Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for an established community program in Wisconsin. This 100% outpatient practice offers flexible FT/PT scheduling, no on-call duties, and supportive senior oncology staff to help you transition smoothly into a well-supported role.

The compensation package includes $700,000+ guaranteed for a full-time schedule plus a $150,000 sign-on incentive and comprehensive benefits, with PSLF-eligible student loan repayment opportunities.

Job description

Step into an established community Oncology program and become the organization's dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist. With an existing patient base, experienced Oncology staff, and more than 20 years of providing cancer care, you can make the practice your own without having to build from the ground up.

Practice Details:

• Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle, with full-time or part-time options and the flexibility to practice 2, 3, or 4 days per week
• 100% outpatient practice with no call and manageable daily patient volumes
• Practice alongside 3 certified Oncology RNs with 75+ years of combined experience, providing established clinical support from day one
