Jackson Physician Search is assisting a well-established cancer program in Hayward, Wisconsin, in recruiting a Hematologist/Oncologist to meet immediate patient demand and provide outstanding, relationship-driven care.

This 100% outpatient role offers exceptional schedule flexibility (full-time or part-time, 2–5 days per week) with no on-call burden, and the chance to shape the future of oncology care within a stable health system.

Rare opportunity to become the dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist for a well-established cancer program with immediate patient demand, exceptional schedule flexibility, and the ability to help define the future of oncology care in the community.

Practice Details:

• Exceptional schedule flexibility with full-time and part-time options, allowing you to practice 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week based on your lifestyle and professional goals
• Step into an established oncology program with an existing patient base and referral network developed through more than 20 years of providing cancer care locally
• 100% outpatient practice with no call and manageable patient volumes that support relationship-driven care
• Practice alongside 3 certified Oncology RNs with 75+ years of combined experience
• Enjoy the autonomy of serving as the community's dedicated oncologist while benefiting from the resources and stability of an established health system

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700,000+ guaranteed compensation for a full-time schedule, providing financial stability as you transition into the established practice
• $150,000 sign-on incentive plus a comprehensive benefits package
