Jackson Physician Search partners with a physician-led Minnesota hospital to offer a four-day work week, no on-call obligations, and an excellent compensation package. The position focuses on Hematology/ Oncology with a diverse case mix and a CoC-accredited Cancer Center, on the campus of a thriving Medical Center.

You will be supported by a large team of experienced clinical and administrative staff, with mentorship from current physicians, and a strong regional presence.

• Recruitment of additional Hem/Onc is due to strong patient demand in this fast-growing community
• CoC accredited Cancer Center, located on the campus of a thriving non-profit Medical Center
• Construction on brand-new Center will complete in Spring 2027, doubling capacity to 20 infusion chairs
• You’ll be supported by a large team of experienced, highly competent clinical & administrative support staff
• Diverse, well-balanced case mix: 70% Oncology 30% Hematology

• Current physicians happy to provide mentorship, new grads welcome
• Long-standing partnership w top Radiation Oncology group
