United Health Services is seeking a Hematology/Oncologist Physician to join our CMH Hospitalists department at UHS 4 Newton Ave Norwich in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

CMH in Norwich, New York is looking to add a Hematology/Oncologist to the Broome Oncology practice. Broome Oncology is a well-established, busy practice with four physicians, five nurse practitioners covering two clinics and three hospitals. Currently, we are the only Oncology practice in a 60 mile radius.
Our practice diagnoses and treats all adult disease states, with referrals sent out when necessary. Caseload varies between 22 to 30 patients per day. Each location has chemotherapy biotherapy infusion centers with an onsite lab. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 12 Noon. One doctor each week provides Hospitalist coverage, with no clinic responsibilities during this time. On-call rotation is 24/7, with N.P.s often taking first call on weekends.
We seek a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician in both Hematology and Medical Oncology to practice 2 days per week in Norwich and 3 days in Johnson City, NY. Candidates should possess excellent clinical, communication, and time management skills, with a strong commitment to team-oriented care.
This opportunity offers a competitive benefits package including five weeks of paid time off, 401K, profit sharing, and a defined benefit plan. The position has a three-year partnership track with buy-in. The current group includes five partners and one employed physician. Salary ranges between $435,000 and $550,000, negotiable based on experience.
