Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner MS to join the Hematology service on a full-time basis at the Main Campus. The NP will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with hematology physicians, and manage a patient panel with autonomous clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities include triage of referrals, patient message management, and follow-up care; emphasis on high-quality, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or DNP or PhD in Nursing.
• Valid prescriptive authority from MA DPH and Federal DEA.
• Require FNP or ACNP certification.
• ANA or other nursing certification in area of practice.
• Authorization by MA Board of Registration in Nursing to practice in expanded role.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a clinical team member delivering care with planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of care.
• Provide patient care and management to hematologic patients in collaboration with physicians.
• Participate in clinical and translational research projects.
