Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, located in Pendleton, Oregon, seeks Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) to join the Hematology Department. You’ll perform high-complexity hematology tests, analyze results, and report findings to clinicians.

Schedule: Tue–Sat, 2:00 am–10:30 am; wage starts at $28 per hour with a 10% night shift differential. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), PTO, and exclusive in-house lab discounts.

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Education: Associate’s degree in medical technology as required.
• Certification: ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Master hematology: perform high-complexity hematology tests and related analyses.
• Ensure accuracy: interpret results and report promptly to clinicians.
• Operate advanced equipment and maintain compliance with standards.
• Quality & compliance: participate in QC and proficiency testing.
• Collaborate & grow: work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced lab.
• Stay organized: maintain meticulous records of activities and results.
