Job summary

Interpath Laboratory in Pendleton, Oregon, is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join the Hematology Department. You will perform high-complexity hematology tests, ensure accuracy and timely reporting, and operate advanced lab instruments in a safety-focused environment.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 am–10:30 am, with a starting wage of $34 per hour plus a 10% night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Master Hematology: perform high-complexity tests (blood cell counts, coagulation, urinalysis, body fluid analysis).
• Ensure accuracy: analyze results and report rapidly to providers.
• Operate advanced laboratory instruments with compliance to standards.
• Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and assurance programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to grow skills in a fast-paced clinical lab.
• Maintain meticulous records of lab activities and test results.
