Interpath Laboratory in Pendleton, Oregon seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our Hematology Department. You'll perform high‑complexity tests, interpret results, and report findings with precision in a fast‑paced clinical lab.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 am–10:30 am. Wages start at $34/hr for MLS and $28/hr for MLT, with a 10% night differential. We value accuracy, teamwork, and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology.
• ASCP certification or equivalent credential required.
• Work Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Reliability and punctual attendance to support operations and patients.

Responsibilities

• Master hematology: perform high‑complexity tests and body fluid analysis.
• Ensure accuracy: analyze and report results promptly to providers.
• Operate advanced lab equipment and maintain compliance with standards.
• Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and assurance programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and grow clinical lab skills.
• Maintain meticulous records of lab activities and results.
