Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology, MLS, CLs or related science.
• Current Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license or trainee/license and must obtain Generalist license within 90 days.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB generalist certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs, develops and interprets routine and specialized laboratory tests within established timeframes.
• Maintains quality control and instrument maintenance; documents corrective actions.
• Adheres to regulatory and accreditation standards; ensures safety and compliance.
• Participates in performance improvement by data collection and cost-reduction initiatives.
