Job summary

• Receive, accession and process specimens in order to ensure timely reporting of results.
• Handle telephone inquiries and assist with general lab operations.
• Maintain hardware and equipment and ensure accurate data entry in hospital systems.
• Assist with training new staff and support lab supply management.
• Adhere to department policies and performance standards.
