Job summary

LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Team Leader in Fairhope, AL. This role involves assisting with day-to-day lab operations, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring accurate test results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technologist.
• ASCP and/or AMT certifications preferred.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the lab.
• Send production reports to management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
