IQVIA Laboratories in Valencia, CA is seeking a Lab Associate- Hematology to perform routine hematology testing and support clinical trial research. You will generate accurate analytical data, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to efficient laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include performing routine analysis, documenting results per SOPs, evaluating data in laboratory systems, preparing buffers and reagents, and assisting with 6S safety practices.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some locations may require a Bachelor's degree.
• 6 months relevant lab experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GLP and regulatory standards.

Mansioni

• Perform routine hematology testing and document results per SOPs.
• Evaluate results using lab systems and verify data accuracy.
• Identify and elevate unusual results to senior staff.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions for testing.
• Store samples and reagents per protocol.
• Assist with housekeeping per 6S and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and notify staff of shortages.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to support improvements.
