Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Hematology division to drive enterprise-wide process excellence and lead high-impact CI initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership, guide automation projects, and develop strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change management, while collaborating with QA, Engineering, and Production teams to deliver measurable improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CI, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and digital CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in hematology reagents manufacturing.
• Identify, prioritize, and support cost improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Own and run Visual Factory management systems and lead Gemba walks to observe processes.
