Job summary

Wexner Medical Center seeks a Clinical Research Assistant to support Principal Investigators in the Hematology department. You will review medical records, assist with patient consent, and help extract data while tracking patients longitudinally through therapy and data entry.

You will oversee data quality control, schedule monitoring visits, resolve queries, screen participants and collect bio-specimens. You will prepare data for manuscripts and presentations and coordinate with collaborators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 2–4 years preferred.
• Background check and possible drug screen may be required post offer.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assist with patient consent.
• Assist with data extraction and longitudinal tracking of patients.
• Support PIs with data quality control and monitoring visits; resolve queries.
• Prepare data for manuscripts and presentations.
