Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate
• 2+ yrs experience in medical practice.
• Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state and/or states served.
• Board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
• Strong business analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Analytical skills to develop new services and evaluate performance.
• Ability to teach, coach and mentor the team.
• Strong communication to engage with the team and community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for hematology and cellular therapy services.
• Provide medical oversight of CAR-T and stem cell transplant programs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, outcomes tracking, and performance excellence.
• Drive regulatory readiness and accreditation (FACT, Joint Commission).
• Expand research programs and clinical trial participation.
• Strengthen regional referral networks and program visibility.
• Lead hematologic malignancy tumor boards and complex case reviews; strengthen care transitions across settings.
