Carle Health in Peoria, Illinois seeks a BC Hematology/Oncology Physician with leadership interests to strengthen its growing cancer program. This role offers strong multidisciplinary collaboration, access to academic and clinical research initiatives, and opportunities to shape services within a vertically integrated health system.

The position is primarily General Hematology/Oncology with the option to subspecialize based on experience.

Competenze

• Must have at least three years of post-fellowship experience.
• Interest in leadership roles within a growing cancer program.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead the West Region oncology program and collaborate with surgical, radiation, and medical oncologists.
• Recruit hematology/oncology physicians to support program growth.
