Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Physician license (or eligible) to practice in Illinois, DEA registration for prescribing narcotics.

• Qualifications for malpractice coverage through OSF.

PREFERRED: Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide patient-centered care aligned with patient goals and needs.
