Hematology and Oncology Physician Job with Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI

Corewell Health’s Cancer Care Service Line is seeking a Medical Oncologist with a GI Oncology Focus to join our team. Our cancer program offers innovative treatments, specialized services, and a collaborative environment across West Michigan, including over 150 physicians in more than 17 oncology specialties.

The position is based in Grand Rapids with opportunities for practice expansion. Corewell Health’s comprehensive cancer program includes multispecialty teams, clinical trials, diagnostic and treatment services, and plans for NCI designation and a Hematology Oncology fellowship in 2026.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Experience with clinical trials is a plus
• Academic appointment available based on experience

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Doctorate degree
• Michigan medical license (MD or DO)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS certification if required by specialty
