Job summary

Temple Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Hematology for a 40-hour day shift in Philadelphia. The AP will assess patients, manage care under supervision, and participate in diagnosing hematologic disorders including anemia, leukemias, and lymphomas.

Outpatient hematology experience and chemotherapy collaboration are preferred. Required credentials include a nursing baccalaureate, a master's in nursing, and licensure as a PA or CRNP, with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Education must include a Bachelor's in Nursing and a Master's in Nursing.
• Two years of experience as a physician assistant or advanced practice provider preferred.
• Licensure as PA with PA/CRNP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Treats and evaluates patients; administers patient care in hematology under physician supervision.
• Conducts comprehensive history taking, physical exams, and reviews labs to diagnose hematologic conditions.
• Works with chemotherapy treatments and outpatient hematology requirements.
